Dining room quite without central heating....plates were hall hearted., disappointed by  the v&eacute;g&eacute;tarian menu

La Canopée - Château de Pondres

The restaurant did not look amazing from the outside and there were only a few diners when we arrived. However it exceeded our expectations. The food was delicious and beautiful presented. The staff and manager could not have been more welcoming and we throughly enjoyed the evening. It was the best meal of our trip to Provence.

Un bel h&ocirc;tel avec beaucoup de charme. Les plats sont tr&egrave;s bien pr&eacute;sent&eacute;s mais : manque de go&ucirc;t dans l&rsquo;ensemble des plats, des tables qui ne sont pas stable, un service pas &agrave; la hauteur car le verre de fin est arriv&eacute; au dessert, on paye l&rsquo;eau du robinet 5euros, des serveurs habill&eacute;s diff&eacute;remment. Pour une recommandation Guide Michelin c&rsquo;est pas au niveau, c&rsquo;est pour cela la note tr&egrave;s moyenne

En arrivant. stup&eacute;faite par ce tr&egrave;s  beau ch&acirc;teau et beau parc. Cuisine excellente, service parfait. Ambiance douce et agr&eacute;able.La terrasse en &eacute;t&eacute;  doit- &ecirc;tre  fort agr&eacute;able  avec sa vue sur le parc.Un seul petit reproche,   j&#39;ai &eacute;t&eacute; &eacute;tonn&eacute;e par la tenue de notre serveur qui n&#39;&eacute;tait pas en ad&eacute;quation avec le standing du restaurant.Je recommande fortement ce restaurant.

The hotel is very comfortable and comfortable. The terrace in summer must be very pleasant with its view of the park.One little reproach, I was surprised by the keeping of our server that was not in adequacy with the standing of the restaurant. I strongly recommend this Restaurant.

Belle d&eacute;couverte, cadre magnifique et tr&egrave;s romantique &agrave; l&#39;heure du d&icirc;ner, personnel des plus agr&eacute;ables et cuisine &agrave; tomber par terre! Le dessert past&egrave;que bio, une vraie tuerie. Tout &ccedil;a pour un prix correct. A refaire encore et encore.

The hotel is a very nice and very romantic dinner environment, the most pleasant staff and the kitchen to fall down! The bio pastekeeping dessert, a real killing. All this for a right price. To do again and again.

Un cadre magnifique dans une cour au sein des deux ailes du ch&acirc;teau avec vu sur les arbres. Le service est bien avec des serveurs attentionn&eacute;s et styl&eacute;s. Les portions et l&#39;absence de mise en bouche et mignardises font un peut d&eacute;faut mais nous reviendrons volontiers. Merci pour la sympathie et encore une fois pour le service au top

The hotel is a beautiful garden in a courtyard in the two wings of the castle with views on the trees. The portions and the absence of mouth and mignards are a mistake but we will return with pleasure.
